I’m Laura a yoga teacher with 20+ years of experience. I love teaching people to help them feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident in their abilities. My yoga classes focus on movement, breath, and building awareness, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.

- British Wheel Yoga (BWY) Teacher
- Menopause Yoga Accredited Teacher
- Emergency First Aid at Work Qualified
- Fully Insured

Yoga Class Schedule
Each week, I run four in-person yoga classes around Dunfermline. I keep my groups small so everyone gets the opportunity for personal attention and we encourage space for social connection and community.
Spaces are limited, booking recommended! PAYG and block booking options are available. Contact me for more info or to book your space
Hatha Yoga Classes
Saturday 10.30am Abbey Church Halls, Dunfermline
Monday 6.15pm & 7.30pm Headwell Bowling Club, Dunfermline
A general Hatha Yoga class. Bring your own mat, props will be provided where required.
PAYG £8 per class or pay the full block in advance at £7 per class
Chair based Yoga class
Tuesday 10.00am Headwell Bowling Club, Dunfermline
Tea & Biscuits available after, payable to the Club
A gentle yoga class focused on seated postures as well as some standing poses, using the chair for support. Bring your own mat, props will be provided where required.
PAYG £6 per class or pay the full block in advance at £5 per class.
