Monthly Restorative Classes
Over the winter months, I offer a monthly restorative yoga class designed to help you fully relax and release tension. We use plenty of props; cushions, blankets, blocks, and more to support your body in each pose, allowing you to soften deeply and settle into stillness.
Each class costs £12 which includes a tiny treat to take home
When
Classes are held on the last Thursday of the month; 2026 dates are 26th Feb and 26th Mar
Where
Classes are held in the smaller meeting space within the Abbey Church halls and run from 7.15pm – 8.30pm
Seasonal Workshops
Twice a year, I run special workshops inspired by the changing seasons. These sessions combine breathwork and meditation with either deeply restorative yoga or more energising hatha flows, depending on what the season calls for.
Workshops are held in the main auditorium within the Abbey Church halls on a Sat afternoon 1-4pm, herbal teas and tasty treats are provided along with a small gift to take home. Investment is £40
Bring a mat, water, blanket and perhaps a cushion or pillow for relaxation. Wear comfortable clothing, layers are best as your temperature can fluctuate during the practise.
